It would seem the WRC promoters are not resting on the laurels and are looking to revamp the official site for the early part of next season.
"Countdown begins to wrc.com re-launch
World Rally Championship fans will be in for a treat early next year, when wrc.com is re-launched with even more entertaining features and even more interactive content.
The award-winning website, the official cyberspace home of the World Rally Championship, is being worked on over the closed season and the all-new content will be accessible in April next year.
Neil Duncanson, CEO of wrc.com owner North One Television, said: “We’re looking to re-launch the website in the week before the Rally of Turkey in April next year. We’re investing a lot of money in wrc.com right now and rally fans should be very excited about what’s coming there way next year.
“We took over an old site and we’ve made it very good, but we’re going for a re-design which will make the site a lot more interactive, there will be even more video content on there - it’s going to look better and feel better. It’s going to be much easier to navigate your way around the site. The new site will do the job of giving our existing fan base even more - and even more for free, remember, while also attracting the new fans into the sport and into the site."

Glad to see this, the site is still a bit of a pain to navigate through so hopefully they can address this! I love all the videos, I would however like to see a return of a photo album, since they and indeed Rallystuff stopped uploading photos, you hardly see any images from WRC!
My only annoyance with the current WRC.com is third party adverts. An FIA championship should not be plastered with pop ups or ads!
