I seen this a few months ago already by the ultimatecarpage subs list but it is quite interesting. In Le Mans many are planning to make Hybrid´s but I think it would actually work in the WRC aswell. Just dont know what the regulations would say about it as Citroen would have to run its own system´s. I think that in the end it was just a wake up call to FIA that there are "greener" options aswell without taking down the level of the competition.
What comes to Finnish news by T.Mäkinen and this is not about the C4 but about the future regs he said that S2000´s and them quick change just aint so easy as them aint build to take out so many extra Horses and a turbo. He said that the idea is good but he just dont see it to work that S2000´s could be runned in 2 classes with slight and quickly removed parts. It get me quite a suspicious for the future too. I mean how a half WRC car would take the bumbs with its chassis, how the engine would last the turbo and how the differential and gearbox would take the extra horses. The result to see might be interesting.

Very interesting. An extra 300Nm of torque isn't bad.

What a kicka*** livery! Massive potential to work with the Red Bull colours instead of the green, I hope it's a sign of things to come. A nice livery on a Citroen? I thought I'd never live to see the day.

Those car look very good, especially the Fiesta (by the way: new Fiestas FTW^^) I hope the (ma)FIA won't mess them up and turn them into something like this: www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=60&u=11666859 (Because we all know they can do it ;D)

Its introduction would mean the end of Loeb's domination! We all know he can't drive one of those

No, but they'll introduce points for those that break their collar bone the most throughout the season.

Driver's have been campaigning to reduce the weight of their machines. Solution? Remove the engine, about a tonne of metal and the co-driver! Problem solved, it should go heaps quicker now!
*onboard footage with telemetry*
"And here we see Loeb on one of the faster sections, flat out in eighth gear reaching an impressive 50 km/h!"

Even better, remove the gearbox altogether and just have a chain and sprocket linked to the engine. World's most impressive kart race.
