I would support one. 5 days of off road rally. Sounds good. 2 drivers per team.
Mitsubishi Nissan Volkswagen Ford BMW etc.
10 rounds in different parts of the world. USA, Kenya, Australia etc.
It would be interesting. Though all cars would have to be under the same guidelines.

Yeah them have a world championship and this year the champion was Bruno Saby with his Volkswagen team.
As a Schlesser team fan I can say that the races was Argentina,Tunisie,Maroc,Turkey-Iran,Egypt,Arab-Emirates. The season highlight Dakar dont belong to the serie as it done at the early 90: s and actually starts the year not finish it.

It would be nice to have more coverage though. We only see the Dakar in Australia . Even though we get to see every day!

Is there a website for the championship we could have a look at? Any links to official sites or team sites, etc would be good. Thanks. Here's something to look at if you're interested... Schlesser-Adventures the rally-raid team. www.schlesser-aventures.org/anglais/default.htm

All the Rally Raid is on Eurosport after the event. They show the bikes as well as the cars.
Also they have a nightly Dakar update (like the WRC) while that is going on

Yeah, maybe someone who visited at the Schlesser site noticed me to the forums. I am an English moderator there and know JLS personally. I am trying to get an interview to him before Dakar if its fine to all.
