Thanks for your votes on the last poll: Will The Citroen C4 Ever Rally In The WRC? The majority of the votes were 'No'. I agree with this, but I hope it does. The Xsara seems to be struggling this year, after not having any development from 2004 like the other teams. Now there is a new vote poll: Who Will Win WRC New Zealand 2005? Visit the rallystuff homepage to vote. Thanks, Curt

My vote goes to Marcus Gronholm. He was able to win there last year, and finished 2nd with new 307 car just 4 sec behind Solberg after losing more then half a minute!!! He could win in Mexico, but chose a safe approach. In NZ he will drive flat out.
"Everyone knows I can win and now they know I can come second. But this doesn't mean I will stay second all year." - M. Gronholm.
I think the words say for themselves.

Ive voted for Petter Solberg for a number of reasons. Firstly, his new Impreza has performed very well in Mexico last weekend, I can see it doing the same in New Zealand. Also, New Zealand is very much like Wales Rally GB as in the surface, and he has dominated GB for the past three years. Thirdly, he won it last year, which proves he has the ability to win there.
However, Gronholm did win there the previous 4 years, so he will be very close.
I can see it being another rally like Sweden and Mexico, Solberg Vs Gronholm for 1st place.

I Voted for Petter. He has a big winning streak and its very unlikely that he will give it up easily! But as Curt said, I expect to see another Gronholm vs. Solberg thing because they both do excellent on this rally.
