All we there have our own nicks which are permamnent over different sites. But these nicks were given to us by ourselves. I suggest to write there about your nicks that were given by your friends or rivals in school, university, on work, etc. And explain them.
For example my surname is Chervonny. Translated from ukrainean, it's "golden". In empyre Russia there was the first in our history converted currency - "golden chervonets". And nowdays we call 10-rubles bancnote "chervonets" too))). So, my friend called me this way: "Chervonets". First time I didn't like it, then I got used to it, then I liked it, but now I'm a little tired of this "nick", so my friends call me so rarely)). But still it's a good nick. And I like it. But some people who didn't like me in school, called me a "worm" (it sounds like "chervo" in russian), and I was very angry on it, so had to beat them))). But, don't know how, it became famous and people who didn't like me, called me this way((. After beating some more people they stopped doing this)))
I guess what nick J. Button (BAR Honda) had when he was young))) Azz? or maybe just button?

Mostly I just get called McArthur (my second name), but I was called "bruiser" for a while because one time in high school when I got angry at a guy who said something untrue about my sexuality and I done him in. He stopped after that but I wasn't proud of it, it was probably a little immature to have beat him up, I don't get into fights normally.

Folks in school call me "twin" because I have a twin sister. They don't know my name, so they call me that. DO NOT like the name!!!!

most people just call me by my last name (lomax) but back in school a girl used to call me 'funny boy'. i hope it wasn't irony...
also, i used to eat a whole packet of McVities© Chocolate Digestives a day, and a couple of idiots started calling me 'Biscuit Boy'. Rubbish.
a girl at college calls me Pancake Boy, and i have absolutely no idea why. Maybe she thinks i'm someone else...
(Funny Boy, Biscuit Boy, Pancake Boy. kinda sounds like i'm making it up, doesn't it ;D)

ok as this is up maybe I should answer too. The name I also use in this boards has became when my friends started to say me Miksa. Its really normal to people who name is Mikko so I decided to do it not so normal and changed ks to x so its now just Mixa. I like to it and has been always used it. The 2nd name what my friends use is Mike. Its camed in hockey team. I dont have had any other nicknames then those 2.

I call you, better will be to say - pronounce, not "Miksa", but "Miha"))) If to read your "Mixa" in Ukrainean (it's the same as russian, only has letter "i"), it sounds like "Miha". And also Miha - is a shortened russian name Mihail (Michael). So, when read all the nicks on sites, yout nick I read as "Miha". I got used to it.)) And sounds (for me) cool. Do you mind it?)
