Wow that is a sexy car What amazes me is that it will be NA and 2WD, and has a 6-speed sequential gearbox. I think the 2WD is a bad move but time will tell whether it proves successful

No, it's Ford's car to compete in the Australian Rally Championship. It runs under Group N Prototype regulations, meaning that it's ineligible for PWRC and international competition. And so far, there's going to be a 1 car programme with Michael Guest but expect to see a 2nd Focus soon.
M-Sport did however create a Group N Fiesta, but I'm not sure whether that's PWRC eligible

I'm with you on the benefits of the 2WD? Not sure how that will go and I did have some reservations about it when I first heard about the plans. But, what can you say? That's a hot car-group n is about to be vamped up big time. ;D It's still gonna pack plenty of punch and no doubt will be a force to be reckoned with. Well done ford!

It lacks torque, but hopefully it will be competetive in the next couple of years.

It sure does look good though! I dont like the Focus WRC's front, this is much nicer. And I'm pretty sure they can't use a stupid wing on the back, so that will help to keep the good looks.

Yes, pray they don't go with the wing! It looks good as it is-don't change a thing.

The Fiesta was for private use only. It can be purchased from Ford but won't be run by Ford.

Oh ok then, I heard Mika Salo was actually the test driver of the new Fiesta Gr. N. I hope it's a car that can be used in national championships
