Only one point off the leader now. If I can finish above Matt in the next round I could easily be leading! ;D

Red Bull Skoda: Finch
I am very angry with the car, a f****ed up engine before we even started!
This hasn't been the best year for me, and I'll be going all out to win the manufacturers title, but I may well be looking for another team for next season.

Rally Winner: Vivski "This is a great result for me. I wasn't sure I was up to it after we haven't been able to put a decent package together. In Greece everything has come together. There were faster drivers, but this rally is about consistency and we proved we have it today. It would have been nice to have Nicole in the points as well, but we'll have to make that happen next event. Right now I'm going out to celebrate the win with the team!"

Not a good rally for me once again. My luck just needs to turn out. It was my 4th rally without points and in 3/4 I have retired and in every rally you dont see too much retirements. Oh well I hope my luck to turn for next event but to title I stop dreaming now.

Kronos Citroen:
As Mixa has stated it wasnt a great event for him with a high speed impact into a bunch of trees. My event wasnt much better i seemed to be off the pace for most of the event luckily due to the retirements i managed to salvage 1 point out of the event just keeping me nicely ahead of Curt

**Suzuki Report** Definately an interesting rally to say the least. With all the retirements you would think we were in the Safari. Like many other teams we suffered suspension troubles. I am not too unhappy as the car was going well but the suspension just couldn't take anymore.
We are still on the look out for a 2nd driver as that would double the testing. We were thinking about asking Tumbo, but with Skoda getting a new car from Audi and his 2nd place that doesn't seem to likely now.

Well its half way through the RFC season. We are very happy with the championship thus far. The competition has been very close and should prove to be the best season yet. We are still deciding on rule changes for next year, for now though we feel the rules/regs are ok. Also we would like to remind the drivers that if any of you are unhappy with your teams your contract does allow you to seek drives else where. The only stipulation is that each team is allowed only 2 drivers. Just something to keep in mind....

Well having worked hard with the team and sorted through our problems it was good to be on the pace again. Were it not for a slight excursion from the road during the final test after clipping a low-lying wall in the final 200m and damaging the front right suspension and wheel a win was on the cards......but with the current modifications to the car the win will hopefully come soon. Lita has worked hard and it was disappointing to see another failure with her car, hopefully her luck turns soon.

"An alright result although I'm a little annoyed at losing the lead in the drivers and manufacturers standings. I need to up my game really."

The only word we could get from OMV Peugeot team driver Igor: "I'm fed up with the car and the team. I'm always working so hard and always something is happening. I can't believe it!"

Mitch
"the car was underpowered all weekend. I was not surprised when it gave up. Plauged by dust getting into the air intake. Like in 2003 with the factory Fords the air intake needs to be improved. It was in sight of the finsih but i doubt we would've made the transport. Nearly did a Carlos Sainz GB though. it was so frustrating!"
A few retirements and not much consistency. Its costing me the championship.

**News** Two very interesting stories have popped up over the weekend. The 1st bit of news is that Citroen have announced that they intend on running the C4 in Germany pending the FIA's approval. The team wishes to get some data on a tarmac rally, Germany being the last opportunity this season. No word on when the car will be run again or on who will be driving the car. There is a possibility that they will use current Xsara drivers Mixa and Matt but they may not want to risk their current status in the points table with an untested car. The next bit of news is that rally superstar Colin McRae has said that he intends on competing in the last rally or the season, Rally GB. Exciting news for sure! Quote: "I have wanted to get back into the championship, and with the backing of McRae Motorsport I am sure to do that. I will probably be driving an Impreza though I am undecided."

Kronos Report: Re C4
The Kronos Citroen team are pleased to announce on going development with Citroen Motors. The cars on going development does mean data has to be collected on various aspects of the cars performance and therefore Kronos & Citroen will be working together in Germany.
This does mean that both Kronos drivers will be using the C4 in an effort to help Mixa score a good point haul.
