TTR timson team racing returns to RFC with a all new driver and car line-up. victory on last seasons monte carlo means this team knows what it takes to win, and shows no sign of slowing down this year. original logoMIDDLE EARTH RALLY TEAM previously named valinor, this team returns with the same winning formula, along with new tyres, and a new driver, gigi galli. no stranger to the podium this team is one to watch, and could have won last year, but team leader oversauron respectably pulled out of the challenge after the news of Rally GB 2005. the team states that an ongoing suspension development should help on the rough stuff-so watch out! CITROEN TEAM MIXA this all new team are bringing fresh blood to RFC. despite the lack of a top name driver, this citroen team may find the speed of the C4 enough to take victory! MILK CHOCOLATE DIGESTICES MOTORSPORT yes, this is the name entered for RFC, along with a spelling mistake for good measure! this new team is under management from the previous RFC team firefox. although firefox had a poor season, the newly formed team seems to have the right balance and 205gti seems to have taken his experience from firefox, and will make sure this team will do better. fingers crossed! ALCASTER exactly the same team that scored victory last season in turkey. SPD as it was once known looks set to be a team to watch, if last season is anything to go by. MOOSE POWER entered a xsara in one rally last season to finish a respectable 6th. they take this experience with them on their first full season, with a new car and new drivers. exciting times. TEAM HAIRPIN LEFT running three cars, this team is heavily based on tactics of driver nomination. the team is lacking a top of the rance car, and a star driver, but consistency should prove to be its strength. LIONS 05 this is a very interesting team. run by REEDER RACING the same team that entered the RFC with ford last year and finished a very good 2nd place in NZ. it has been made to showcase british drivers, who have never got a true chance to have a proper season at rallyings top level. this four car team can almost be looked at as a single make challenge within the RFC. look out for this team in Kenya where their four cars will mean the team is more likely to finish the very rough event with a decent haul of points! renamed from Rowland Racing. this team ended last season leading the championship. despite multiple podiums though, the team has never won a round. this is why the team has openly said it does not aim to win the championship, but has designed the team with winning one or two rallies in mind. with the return of Richard Burns a good gravel driver, and panizzi, this team should be very strong on tarmac and smooth gravel. the teams only worry is the reliability of the all new C4 entering RFC again, mi5 has finished on the podium before, but suffered in luck after the opening two rounds. a new driver lineup will hopefully deliver their first win. bringing back Mcrae to the RFC, this all new team looks set to have a large fan base. mcrae has had good results in fords before and this season should continue the trend. the team is in the good hands of rallying83. the inventor or RFC. he knows the ins and outs of how to win at this game, and his knowledge will be invaluble. This all new team looks set to be a strong contender in the championship, it is very similar to its sister team middle-earth, but uses different tyre company

Though we at Martini-Ford are relying on McRae I hope to Sola to get among the top fighters every once and a while. His main job though is to score consistant points for the team.

well as a team goes we havent got some of the best drivers or cars like the other teams however we belive that we can be consistantly in the higher placings at the end of each rally, so even if we dont win the drivers standings we do have potentional to do well in the (m) championship

Before the start of the season Middle-Earth Rally Team are proud to present to its fans and to the participants of the championship its new design look. The image of the team hasn’t been changed since the tragic end of the last championship, but we changed an approach to design area a little bit. The team hopes you like it! We ask the administration of the championship to update our registration data. Thanks in advance!

The season looks to become intresting.... I really hope to get some points with Duval and Toni. The C4 should be a good pic but lets see how it will really go.

Before the start of the season the Middle-Earth Rally Team is proud to unveil its new, original, livery for Peugeot 307 WRC. The team hopes that new agressive and LOTR-dedicated color scheme would help its drivers to get many wins.

FIM boss chrisfinch had a few words for us at the press conference at the launch of the new team.
He said, "We have a strong side for this season, but I am realistic and know that it will be a tough season with so many great teams. We have recruited some top quality drivers who are more than adequate on all surfaces. Together with the best tyre company in the business, I feel we have a great chance this season."
Strong words there by chrisfinch, but the teams launch session drew huge crowds at Arbury Peugeot in Bulkington, near Nuneaton and Galli and Gronholm looked in confident mood ahead of the big start.
"I just cannot wait for the season to start. Italy needs a rally team to love, and this could be it", said Galli
Gronholm was more reserved. "We have to score consistently, and I am looking to solidify my place in the team."
With the launch like this, the teams in RFC 4 had better watch out for Finch International Motorsport this season.
