It looks like the Citroen´s are a bit ahead once more and these new turkish roads used partly at IRC last year has maded to an event much more quicker but drivers are also complaining for road conditions and thats never good. Anyway I would say that by day1 all Citroen´s specially factory cars so them might have a small advantage. Also Ford´s well, too bad about K.Block again ps. trapped at Germany due to volcano incident so will be here until tuesday. Atleast I have a girlfriend who gives me a place to stay

Well, I have not seen any of the videos of day one, but I was looking at the stage results on WRC.com when I was at work. It seems to me that Ogier has matured very much and learnt fast how to properly handle the car, but tomorrow when he sweeps we will be able to see how much have his driving skills increased. Petter has done good, winning 3 stages and staying in 4th. Loeb seems to have formulated a new driving pattern: stay in top 5 position for day one, then press a little bit harder on day 2 and flat out on day 3; although he might press hard on second run of day two and win day 2 with a large time diff. between him and 2nd so when on day 3, when he sweeps, he has enough time to remain in first position. Loeb and Petter will start day 2 in great positions, roads should be relatively cleaner for them, thus allowing them to push hard and gain time and advance to higher positions. Day 2 will be a good day to follow. Do you guys think that we are going to see some tactics at the end of day 2? I mean, after all the talks the drivers and team leaders have had about tactics; do you think we will see Ogier and Sordo sacrifice positions to give Loeb a buffer against Hirvonen? Nice to see that Kimi didn't end day one with four wheels looking up to the sky. Block and H. Solberg hitting the same tree stump.. wow, what are the odds of that happening? Any ways... Mixa, I hope you get to go home soon, although Germany isn't a bad place to be at, I love going there.... By the way, I just downloaded the WRC App for my iPod touch, and it is really awesome!!!

At the rally mid point it's still Ogier who's leading. Impressive performance.
Also seeing a very nice rally with the top 5 being very close! Go Petter! ;D

Too bad what happened to Ogier. He was going so well... such a shame how unlucky he always seems to be but on this year he has showen to me what I thought already earlier that he is such an awesome driver. I wonder where Sordo´s speed really is now when he would need it,confidence problems after a poor start to season?? I would still say that rally is far from over.. Mikko and Petter can both win!! Petter´s win would be a massive thing but I still hope it would be the boring winner,Seb Loeb. ps. Im here in Germany, yes and the country is awesome... I like it very much too. Also as I said, this may last some days more and if it dont go away,I will look a way for the ships. I also have a place to stay as Im on my girlfriend,Claudia so its not so bad. Also my job already has understanded the sitch as its a bit more flexible so all is going nicely. I still have even a good amount of money and now my love is making some pancakes so I even get some really nice food

A Petter win here? WOW, I'd buy you guys a beer... shame you are all too far away from my house. ;D
It's a shame about Ogier, 3 min lost to change a tyre... shame, he did pretty well sweeping. So far in this rally, Loeb has 4 stage wins, Petter has 5, and Ogier has 4.
Can Petter keep Hirvonen off his tail? Will Sordo step up and knock Hirvonen down? Will we see a Citro 1, 2, 3 this rally?

Again Ken Block, but especially Henning Solberg disappoint. Most impressive performance by Petter Solberg! Tough luck for Ogier, but still very well done!
