I was looking a bit of info and its really up to you. There are so many choices for you available, you could use for. You still seem to know what you are really looking for but its really tight on testings. Its a bit tricky to know how your Impreza would perform on those tyres but probably well. Example its said that Bridgestone provides an excellent amount of grip but it also has an effect for turning ie. in slalom test its slower than its old model. The Michelin´s then again are recommended by most manufacturers on car testings and its mostly known as the old bendmark. Them are good all around.
Still example if you find a bit more about tyres many has said awesome things about the Dunlop´s version in this category. In tyre tests it has beaten both of those tyres. Also Continental has an awesome tyre what isnt as high performance but many 4wd owners and the ones who dont own a Ferrari has recommended like the high performance VW,Audi and even some like Honda owners.

The guys on Impreza and Lancer forums recommended Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star spec´s and also in tests the Dunlop has beaten both Michelin and Bridgestone when I was looking reviews and reports by google. Also in STI and Evo forums guys said that the Bridgestones may be a bit too sticky for 4wd cars like STI´s and Lancer and effects for handling. Also in competition use the Dunlop´s has been on top. If you have money, many recommended Yokohama ADVAN AD08´s too. But its really your job to pick the tire. Not mine.. I simply dont know about tyres too much anyway . I just say what Ive been reading from different kind of forums and in the end each people has a different opinions too. Michelin is the safe tyre option! The others like Dunlop,Yokohama,Bridgestone and Continental have great tyres too. Just pick what feels right
