After a successful (some might say lucky) S22 I have decided to level the playing field and attempt to move Gras back to the Polish leagues.
The question then becomes - who is the likely leader for S23 in I.1.GB?
Dingardo's driver has come along nicely and is now worth $7.5M - with his experienced (and valuable) co-driver, Maslanka must be a good chance to take out yet another trophy at the elite level.
With the demise of stobart, Dingardo now has the most trophies of any team in I.1.GB (seven). Vivski has six, Wombat RT now has four and the others have not many. This season will allow a few of the younger drivers to move up and have a red-hot-go I think.
Home-grown drivers such as Ransom Stephenson from Marauders (value $6M and only 23) and Newton Power from kevjohnno (value $3M and just 21) will be a fair chance with a decent A8 and a useful co-driver.
I will be training a young Brit for the next few seasons - he may make a few appearances in an N4 this season but there are no expectations - just score a point or two to stay in I.1.GB is my aim.
How do you expect your team to perform?

Im hoping, the experience Julian Stepien (who must have had about 6/7/8 seasons by now?!) will help the transition back into the A8 category with the new car. I just hope he can peddle the A8 as fast as he could the N4! I think this will be the last season for Stepien, certaintly is for Erik Schneider my co-driver who is over 30 now !. Depending on how money is during the season, I might purchase a new co-driver ready for next and delay Stepien's retirement until end of the S24. For a rarity, I might actually do some testing prior to R1 ! Done a MASSIVE 4k's so far to see how things are and didnt push the car so it came out alright. I've set the target for 8th place this time. Set it to 7th I think last season and got 5th. Knowing my luck with A8's mind it'll be 18th place this season For those who don't know, and in response to Len's question on TR ( ) MEM stands for Mellors Elliott Motorsport who built the real Proton S2000 Bring on S23 and ROC

Having said i'll do it during the season/ending, I came across this fella for 1TR Kazimierz Kolasa [139570] Value: 333.400,- Age: 18 Wages: 13.300,- Character: popular Fatigue: none Experience: poor [4] Dry surface: mediocre [5] Driving on tarmac: weak [3] Wet surface: mediocre [5] Driving on gravel: weak [3] Front wheel drive: poor [4] Driving on snow: poor [4] 4 wheel drive: weak [3] Bravery: terrible [2] Concentration: weak [3] Reflex: weak [3] Resistance to stress: weak [3] Ability to read notes: terrible [2] Ability to influence others: terrible [2] So I bidded Will just keep him on the sidelines mind, might enter a few non-rounds just to get him trained up but he'll mostly be testing if I win him

Last season was all about just getting enough points to get my contract (which I did).
My team is back for this season and I will be there at each event and hopefully pushing into the top ten in the league.
I'll have a bit more focus this season.

After the miss last week, I entered all league rallies of this season. Yesterday the second league rally started, but today it didn't end well. Retirement on the very last stage.
Has my luck turned? I hope not, since I'm on course for relegation now...

S23 is turning into a disaster for me. 3rd round, 3rd non-score.

Are we all enjoying watching our drivers decay?

Hopefully someone at TR with a few brains will work out that the current rules are really stupid. Then again, these were the people that were going to apply a car tax They really have no idea - the previous training rules worked fine. If you worked at it really hard, you could train a driver to 14 in all elements before he reached 30. After he reached 30 it would have made sense to slowly drop in skills. Not these guys - drivers drop in value weekly in a range of skills - by my reckoning it will now be impossible to train a driver to achieve 14 in all elements. It will be a matter of train up the strongest skill and maybe get one surface element to 14 or compromise and get all elements to around 10 or 11. Stupid TR people.

The main thing is, it wont be 5 seasons before every competitor is 0 in every psych skill.

I have been trying to find out what are the thoughts of the Polish teams on the new training.
Seems like the owners of the game understand that the new programmer stuffed up - some fairly major changes are planned for S24.
Skills decreases are to apply from age 26 - still too young but better than 18.
they are still working on it...

...anyway well done to Rekit who has broken through for his first? win in I.1.GB....(and has now grabbed top spot). It looked like Mitch was going to do a stobart but there's a rumour that he's about to run out of funds should think so given the co-drivers he has bought and are in training. I thought he was trying to corner the market for good co-drivers at one stage.... he was buying one or two a week at the end of last season.... anyway, I see that he has a co-driver up for sale now (and he's been selling off his fleet of cars too)
