My name is Heather and I've been involved with a bunch of people getting a website up and running with the aim of getting more girls (or chicks, as we shall henceforth be known) involved in rallying. The website is www.rallychicks.com and we would welcome input from - of course - other chicks out there, but chick-friendly blokes are more than welcome to participate.
We are aiming to make this a resource site for chicks (and others) who want to know the ins and outs of rallying. The site is currently targetted towards Australia (as that's where we're based) but we're keen to get input and interest from other parts of the world as well. The site includes information about driving, co-driving (or navigating), organising, officialling, servicing and much, much more...
If you are, or you know, a chick who is interested in rallying (already participating or not) send them along to our chick friendly site. We'd love to meet them... and I'm sure you boys would love to have some more chicks involved in the sport! ;-)
Hey Heather though I don't think she's going to be posting much more
Also, there's already a website for "chicks" called womeninthehotseat.com or something like that. Though it's targetted to the UK it is also international but not that much. As I'm sure they'd appreciate some Aussie coverage why don't you send the webmistress an email to join up or something.
Oh and if you have any luck please post some pictures and emails
