It's a strange move. From an accomplished Williams team to the team he was at before under the guise of Jaguar. I do hope it works out for him, 'cos I dare say reliability aside, the Willams have been more competetive than RBR.

Williams have been rubbish for the past two years, and to some extent in 2004, they are in a rebuilding phase with a new deal with Toyota which can only be good for the team. The RB2 this year hasn't really had the Newey touch as the RB3 will. If the car is anything as good as McLaren's 2005 car which he designed, RBR are in for a ripper year

but the cosworth is the strongest engine on the grid, so mayb toyota is just a commercial move

Cosworth isn't the strongest engine anymore, they were at the start of the season, but due to the mega budgets of the manufacturers, they've caught up. Nonetheless, the Cosworth is a very fast engine which will work will in the hands of private teams. The Toyota thing with Williams was commercially motivated and a long term deal with Cosworth to win races isn't very realistic
