Though I want the 360 I just can't bring myself to buy it as the only game I am looking foward to is Colin McRae: Dirt and that will be out for PC also. The WII looks good but the games are not of my genre unfortunetly. I will stick to my PSP and PC

At the mo I have a PS2 (but hardly use it), a PSP (mainly do other stuff with it), and a PC (since I got my new one I can play games.
I do plan on getting a 360 soon though.

I registred my interest for a Wii yesterday and shall be putting down a deposit as soon as I can! I love Mario games etc. there all fun which is what I want - I don't get much from shooting someone like on GTA! (However slashing someone with a sword on Zelda is fine - after all were saving Princess Zelda!!!) but PS3 and XBOX are out of my price range really. PS3 and XBOX have the good racing games but I'm 17 now I can drive for real and not need a game!

I'm a loyal Sony fan, and can't wait for PS3 next March!

PC. Simply addicted to playing games like Richard Burns Rally, rFactor and GTR. I still have my PS2, but my days of investing in games are over, time for the real thing

I think Sony is pushing their luck a bit. I've heard a rumour that if you buy Gran Turismo 5, you will get no cars and no tracks. You will have to buy the tracks and cars for like $1 or something, but there is over 300 cars and tracks available. Nice try Sony, I'm not falling for that.

That sucks, I mean whoever buys a PS3 will be broke already.

I think this takes the cake
"A complete copy of the game will cost gamers somewhere between $426.50 and $975, and that's without factoring in whatever Sony decides to charge for the menus (since that's all you'll get with GT HD: Classic)"
Does Sony believe we're all made of money?

I doubt Sony will stoop that low. The Gran Turismo formula has worked like a dream for the past, how many years? Long time anyway. Why change it?
All of our rally and racing games (Mitch included) utilise the PlayStation consoles. We have one, maybe two PC games, but only Mitch plays those. And if I did play all my rally games on the computer, I doubt I'd have any room for anything else!
I have to hard drives, 30Gb and 8Gb, and both are almost full, mostly WRC pictures and videos. I have DVD's at the ready, but burning takes a long time, and doesn't always work.
So for rally games, a PS2 is my weapon of choice.

Yeah I agree Roo, because with a PS2.etc you can be sure your game is going to work and that it will run the right framerate (unless your console is screwed. ) EDIT: After checking on a calculator, I found out that by March 2007, when it's released, I will have made enough money to buy a Premium PS3 package, with money to spare! ;D I'm so happy.

That's good to hear dannz! Why don't you spend the money going rallying instead?
