I see how you feel, dude! In GT3, I started out with a Toyota Trueno/Corolla and it was SUPER slow, and I wished I had a Supra! A matter of fact, the Trueno is a good starter car. Its faster than other cars in that class and it wasn't as exspensive either. Unless the rules changed in GT4... haven't played it yet.

I bought a 97 Civic EK as a first car. With it was really easy to start. If someone wants to I can post my route how I gone to expert level.

I can't complain, Ive got loads of cars and loads of money (on the game) ;D I don't spend money anymore, just use cars ive already got including: Peugeot 205 T16 Evo2 Lancia Delta S4 Ford RS200 Ford RS200 road version Lancia Stratos road version Nissan 350Z Fairlady Ford GT '05 Ford GT '02 prototype many many more... When I use one of my cars, I win loads of money and a new car, which I use in a new cup, where I win another car with loads of money etc etc.. The way I managed this was to first get all licences (b, a, ib, ia, s). Then I sold the cars I got from the S and IA, and bought a Nissan Skyline (used) for 24,000 Cr. With this I did all the little cups to get some money and, sold all cars I won. Then I spent all the money on the car. Eventually I had enough power in the car to be a challenge in the first Japan Cup (5 Races). I won this and with it a Nissan Fairlady. I used this in the 2nd Japan Cup (10 Races). This won me 15,000 Cr per race, and 100,000 Cr bonus for winning overall, and a 350Z, whose value is worth 350,000 Cr. All together I got 600,000 Cr for that one cup!.
