You missed the important one, Ken... where's Rally Finland?
Surely when you're doing a limited programme, you're not going to win the championship... Portugal and Turkey combined cannot match one Rally Finland.

Yeah, Viv. I was wondering where that one was too . Its a shame that he wont be in here. Each year it keeps to amaze me how Pastrana and Block are saying how great drivers from Finland become and how them has idols here but them still doesnt wanna drive here on these legendary roads. Maybe them doesnt want to see how much them would lose Still even as a limited programme,Ken´s mean is then to do 2011 WRC. Also I really like when his saying his probably last of the WRC cars but still wanna learn. I give a lot of respect for comments like that! Ken´s main priority is to learn in WRC and to compete in Rally America with the Olsberg´s Fiesta.

Yup,If Im right he will get the use of the locks and so on and at snow it may be a wise move. Also when I was watching Ketomaa at s12b and Östberg at S14 here in Finland the difference wasnt so big between those cars. Actually the privateers on some well known tarmac series has said the same. I dont think its a bad move at all. By the way what comes to Ken Block I was reading one blog of a co-driver and he remembered when was asked an opinion about Block that he was at the WRC event in gr.N Subaru at 2007 Rally New Zealand. He dont remember too well how he was doing but said he crashed a few times but done some really competitive times. I checked then for wrc.com and it seems to be true. Block has 4-5 really bad times(bottom of the table) but also some really good times where he has been even with PCWRC regular top runners like Hänninen and Arai. Mostly the gap has been 20-40 seconds for them. Ok WRC car is a different world but Block has gone much forward on these years. Ok so has the top runners of PCWRC too those days but after seeing that Im sure he wont fill the bottom of the table .

How is the tipping going to be this year? Same as last year? Are we going to look at just the top 8 drivers regardless if they are SWRC, PWRC, JWRC?
I really can't wait any longer for the 2010 season to start.
Still no news about Atkinson, what a shame... I hope he will come back soon.

He looks blisteringly fast! I hope he can keep it together during a whole rally. I'm confident he'll finish high in the points.

As people know Räikkönen went out on SS2 yesterday. His pace has been pretty good considering the times behind the wheel of a rally car. Lately compared to Sordo its mostly about 1sec per kilometre a loss. He still started very well and on some stages the loss has been just 0.5 per kilometre. Ok Sordo has said he aint pushing maximum while Räikkönen has said to attack but also to learn about mistakes and for the car more. What comes to K.Block Sno* drift rally started well for him at the Fiesta. He won SS1 but then on SS4 for the 3rd place suspension ended up his rally. Still for the youtube, you can find this nice clib about the olsberg´s modified Fiesta for Open class. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SfzF41Rnpw

Something that caught my attention in the season kick-off picture 2010 and the WRC Launch 2010 clip on wrc.com: no Henning Solberg..

No Henning Solberg?!?! That is odd, wonder if he couldn't make it. On WRC.com also, there is mention of Atko returning in Monster team in 2011, if not in the last part of 2010. In the article, Atko's name is mentioned at the end, almost like a "side note." Well, at least it is good to hear his name running around in the WRC circuit. Flip

Henning is still on wrc.com´s driver list and even maken it to the Rally Sweden entry list as a point scoring driver with Grönholm on Stobart so Im pretty sure he is there. Otherwise I think that the co-driver change to Ilka Minor would been pretty much out of question if he wouldnt had got the budget to run. On Atko´s case, yeah thats it. Maybe some rallyes already this year. I guess there is something behind this because on the article is said a bit like -unfortunately we didnt get this to work- . Im still happy to hear that Atko is getting back to the circles or atleast I really hope so. It still looks to be coming a good wrc season
