I'm very pleased with my result, mainly because I just love this rally. It's smooth, fast and consistent, which really does suit the Focus and my driving style. Throughout the rally, there wasn't one moment where I was unhappy with the car, which is a good sign for our team. Unfortunately mbmz3 hasn't competed in this rally before and wasn't confident about a good result on the rally, but at least she got a point for her efforts.
Don't write off our championship challenge, we're really aiming for taking out the manufacturers championship, and if possible we'll try our luck in the drivers championship also.

Again sorry about the delay. Busy, busy, busy Congratulations to RallyNick for a great win in Australia! What an exciting Australian Rally. We were all sure that the championship would be decided here but Vivski's great showing postponed that until the last rally of the season, Kenya. Vivski now is the only driver that can mathematically win the title. Also the Manuf. championship is very close, with Suzuki, Subaru, Ford, Peugeot and Mitsubishi having a chance to take to title in Kenya. This was a good rally for all as every team left with points. Unfortunately, mbmz3 had to retire on the 2nd stage. They were doing well, but landed very heavily after a jump damaging the radiator and intercooler causing an engine failure. Don't miss the final round of RFC2 (Kenya) which will be run on Wednesday, October 19th(I promise ;D)

It will be interesting to see whether Vivski can beat matt to the title. Good luck to both, and well done to rallynick for his first win ::thumbsup:: .

Seeing as the manuf championship seems so open I made a chart of: number of wins number of podiums number of retirements Interesting to see how many podiums Suzuki has managed!

A great result for myself in this critical phase of the championship, unfortunately my team-mate crashed out early on, but we still have a very realistic shot at the manufacturers title. During this off-peak period, we have been working flat out on designing our Safari spec Focus

Fantastic! Another podium and we have the lead in the M.Championship with just Kenya to go!!
I've been doing some sums and for Matt to win the championship... - if I finish 1st, he must finish 4th or better, - if I finish 2nd, he must finish 6th or better, - if I finish 3rd, he must finish 8th or better. So I must get a podium in Kenya. It's not double points or anything in Kenya is it Gren?
Roll on Kenya, I am raring to go. No matter what the result in Kenya, I have to say the Suzuki has been fantastic this season. Just look at all those podiums, and it's all down to having a strong car. I hope we can do the business in Kenya to top off a great season.

Well just 1 day left until the final rally of the season; Rally Kenya(Safari). This will be the most demanding rally of the year. Some of the stages are monsters. The longest stage of the rally is 117km long! RFC also welcomes 3 new drivers to the event. -Mitch-driving the 3rd Subaru Impreza -ChrisFinch-Driving the 3rd Citroen Xsara -Lita-Driving a bozian run Peugeot 307 Pictures from Shakedown *don't make fun of my poor photchopping ie Peugeot 307 ;D
