I've just bought two new games: Day of Defeat: Source (but you probably aren't interested in this) and DTM3 (that's more like it)! DTM3 is very nice Stunning graphics, very nice sound, good control over the cars, ... Though it is primary a circuit racer, it has some very nice off road championships! (For example: Group N championship, Mitsubishi Rally Tour, and also buggies, ...) Though I still need to play with these, I think this game is worth the buy! Over 80 different racing circuits, q70 licenced cars and up to 21 cars on the road at a time! I especially like the massive crashes and when that happens, flags are drawn out I'll keep you up to date sometimes when I progress more through the game!

Would you be able to play online against people with TOCA 3 as I was thinking of getting it and maybe we could race against each other?
With TOCA 3 over here, you get free tickets to a BTCC race, is there anything like that on the German version?

thats a good enough reason to get the game - just for the tickets, was on the Croft website and its £20 per person

Yeah ToCa3 is an amazing game. I bought it for PS2 and bought it at the same day it was released. Its a really nice racing game and it has a lot of classes to play and the game is really good and worth of every penny.
When you enter to online then the real challence will start. Offcourse there are some bad players also and offcourse the so called crashers but if you dont want to play at sessions were collision is on you can search the one where them are off and the competitors are like chost cars.

I haven't played it online, but I will if you guys want to race I haven't had any tickets for a race, but that doesn't matter. And Chris, I'm not German, and I don't have the German version. I'm Belgian, and I got the dutch version (Flanders and Netherlands)

Sorry, I realised you weren't German, I just presumed with title as "DTM 3" I thought it was the German version that is just released over the whole of Europe (except GB).
Is the difference between the German and Dutch versions just the language?

Can someone tell me how tight the hirpin on Symonns Plains V8 Supercar track is. It's my state track and It's a real tight hairpin in real life with always drama on it.
Anyone unlocked it?

hmmm, the hairpin you mean is going to little bit downhill at the game and you need to brake for it quite a lot but after all its quite easy to drive on sim but with more speed you probably go out and damage your car. In pro sim havent tried it.
But what I watch to real track map its looks quite a same. Also I dont remember the last years race so by that cant say is it close but I think it is.

Is the difference between the German and Dutch versions just the language? I don't know... There isn't any option in the game to put the language on Dutch, but that doesn't bother me. Only the support and flyers and other little books in the DVD box are in Dutch. Can someone tell me how tight the hirpin on Symonns Plains V8 Supercar track is. It's my state track and It's a real tight hairpin in real life with always drama on it. Anyone unlocked it? I unlocked it and raced it... It's veeery thight You need to get there with about a speed of 30km/h
